The estimated delivery time is between 1 to 2 business days in Portugal and up to 5 business days depending upon your European country. Unfortunately, there could be any postal services delays which are out of our control.
International shipments may take a few weeks, depending on your destination and local customs.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. We only replace items that get damaged on the way. In this case you have 7 days after receiving the item, to take a photo of the damaged product and contact us at hello@weeds-wildflowers.pt. If the claim is legitimate, we will ask you to send the item direct to us to be replaced by a new one. Please do not forget you need to pay fully for the return postage. Also, in order to complete the return we require a proof of purchase.
